Colour palette tutorial

alright made this for a bro ages back
thought this might be useful for someone although i'd look at multiple tutorials and stuff cuz i don't actually know that much colour theory

this is what i currently do when picking out colours for art and etc
choose saturated colours and try to make sure they don't clash
hoping that i can improve my own colour palettes soon

my writings messy but i hope it's readable
also colour is a weird word??
